Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (hair wigs), we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- No signs of wear, styling, or alteration
- Item must be returned within 48 hours of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept returns if:
- The wig has been worn or installed
- Lace has been cut
- Product has been altered in any way
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a wrong or damaged item:
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Provide clear pictures as proof
We will arrange a replacement where necessary.
Refunds
We currently do not offer cash refunds.
Only exchanges are allowed for eligible cases.
